In this service we include removing the rust, put primer on and spray over by paint code which is needed. We have mobile team which can painting any machine in your place. However if the site is not suitable we will transport the machine to our branch and do it there for you.

Industrial paint or coating is a protective layer which is applied on Industrial pipe lines., gas pipe lines, underground lines, chemical containers, kettles etc. The main advantage of industrial paint is it's resistance to corrosion. Some industrial coatings are fire resistant also. Polyurethane, epoxy are the polymers used in industrial coatings. In some coatings flouropolymer is also used.. Any paint or coating is made up of a primer, an intermediate coat and a top coat. Because of polymer coat, corrosion due to atmosphere contact is prevented. Four main steps in coating or industrial painting are blasting (Cleaning surface), primer, intermediate and top coat.
